Rokua National Park is located south of Highway 22 between Oulu and Kajaani, approximately 80 kilometers from Oulu and 120 kilometers from Kajaani. From Highway 22, turn onto Road 8293 via the village of Ahmas, where there are signs directing to the national park.

• Caravans can stay overnight at Rokuantie Camper Stop.
• Parking areas in the national park are not maintained during winter. During the winter season, it is safest to leave your car at Rokuantie Camper Stop near the spa hotel.

Rokuantie Matkaparkki parking area is located at Kuntoraitti 1, 91670 Utajärvi. The parking area is intended for all visitors to the area, and parking is free of charge. Services in the maintenance building and electricity are subject to a fee. Payment can be made via a separate app on-site.

New parking area is located on the east side of the park at Rokuantie 70, 91670 Utajärvi.

The Pookivaara parking area does not have an official address. Its WGS84 coordinates are N 64.57084 E 26.48992.

To reach the Keisarintie parking area on the southern edge of the park along Keisarintie, it is recommended to approach from the south via Neittäväntie and turn onto Nuojuankoskentie. From the north, Keisarintie is in poor condition and requires a longer drive.
