Current terrain conditions in Lemmenjoki National Park

It already feels quite summery in the national park. There is still some snow in the fells and in shaded areas. The trails are mostly dry, so they are generally easy to walk. However, in depressions and near lingering snow patches, the trails may still be wet. There are still only a few mosquitoes for now. On the riverside hiking trails, there are some fallen trees on the path, which may hinder movement. The fallen trees can be bypassed or climbed over.
