- Below is a list of parking areas. Please note when planning your hike that not all parking areas in Syöte are plowed in winter.
- Syöte Nature Center, Erätie 1, 93280 Syöte. There is another parking area 200 meters from the beginning of Erätie. Plowed in winter.
- Pytkynharju, Kellarilampi, Rytinkisalmentie 1834, Pudasjärvi. Plowed in winter.
- Vattukuru parking area, Syötekyläntie 1638, Pudasjärvi. Plowed in winter.
- Hotel Iso-Syöte, Isosyötteentie 246, 93280 Syöte. There is a turnout at the intersection of Isosyötteentie and Metsäsyötteentie where you can park. Plowed in winter.
- Ukonvaara parking area, Karsikkoperäntie 1591, about 17 km from Iso-Syöte road no. 858. Plowed in winter.
- Soiperoinen, Soiperoisentie 57-59, Taivalkoski. No winter maintenance.

The parking area at the Ski Stadium is located in the immediate vicinity of the Syötte Nature Center and is recommended for use especially during peak holiday seasons when the Nature Center's parking area becomes crowded. Winter maintenance, the parking area is available year-round.
