It is easy to leave feedback in Luontoon.fi
Sometimes you may come across something during your outing that you would like to give feedback on. Whether your feedback is praise or criticism, you can easily submit it through Luontoon.fi. You can also use the same channel to ask for more information or advice before your outing.
Leaving feedback on destinations maintained by Parks and Wildlife Finland
- You can find the feedback form in several places. At the bottom of the presentation page for a route or service (structure), there is a “Report an observation or give feedback” button. The “Report” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the map also takes you to the feedback form.
- Check that the name of the destination, route or service is shown in the feedback, or click the location on the map in the feedback form.
- **Attach a photo if you wish. **It may provide additional information. The maximum file size for a photo is 5 MB.
- Leave your contact details if you would like us to reply to you.
Our customer service team processes feedback on weekdays in the order it is received and according to urgency. We will reply within three working days.
Leaving feedback on other destinations
Feedback concerning destinations other than those maintained by Metsähallitus Parks & Wildlife Finland should be addressed to the destination maintainer. Metsähallitus does not forward customers’ feedback or contact details. Check whether the maintainer’s contact details are available in the information for the destination, route or structure. They often are.
