Starting point: The guide board near the harbour on the east side of the island.
The trail, which runs through the central part of the island, first passes through a leafy meadow and then follows the shore of a lagoon lake.
After circling the lake, the trail returns over rocky terrain to the starting point.
Along the route, there are information boards about the island’s nature.
The Yxskär nature trail is fairly easy to walk, with only minor elevation changes.
At the beginning of the trail, there is an information board, tent area, dry toilet, and campfire site. Mooring loops for boats are located on the eastern shore cliffs.
