Starting point: Stora Hästö´s information board in western part of the island.
The short nature trail on Stora Hästö circles the island’s western side, through forested and rocky terrain.
The trail is quite demanding, with many ascents and descents, and offers stunning sea views.
The trail is marked with cairns.
In the island’s western part, there is a tent area, dry toilet, information board, and campfire site along the trail. Mooring loops for boats can be found around the island.
