An easy-going circular route, along which you may fall in love with Komio's varied ridge terrain. Pikku-Samo is particularly suitable for a family day hike and for beginner hikers. Along the route you will find varied forests on ridge slopes, wooded marshland and slash-and-burned forest. Information boards tell you more about the special features of the ridge habitat and the management of the area's precious nature. You can take a break at one of the many benches provided. The route is only available during spring, summer and autumn when there is no snow on the ground. In the winter, there are cross-country ski trails in the area.

The route runs along easy terrain in the forest on ridge slopes and partly in a wooded bog. Exposed roots, which are visible in places, can be slippery.
Starting point: Luutalammi parking area. Address: Luutasuo 243, Loppi.
The route starts from the Luutalammi parking area towards Luutasuo bog.
At the beginning, the path follows the Luutalammi pond shore.
Cross the Luutasuo road and ascend a gentle slope into the forest towards Oikkaanmäki.
The trail winds through varied terrain and there are rest stops along the way.
After the slash-and-burned forest, turn right and climb up to the top of the ridge.
There is a rest bench on top of the ridge.
The route descends gently downhill towards the Luutasuo road.
The rest of the route follows a gravel road back to the Luutalammi parking area.
