The Brändöskatans bulevard trail is a pleasant and easygoing loop, making it a great way to explore Kopparnäs starting from Sandfjärden. The “boulevard” runs along the flat and wooded shoreline before gently ascending to Långmossaberget. From the hilltop, there is a beautiful view of the islands of Kopparnäs-Störsvik. Like all of Kopparnäs-Störsvik’s trails, Brändöskatans bulevard is a multi-use trail which is suitable for both walking and cycling. Cyclists should be mindful of other users and adjust their speed accordingly.

The Brändöskatans bulevard trail starts and ends at Sandfjärden’s sandy beach. The parking area address is Råbergintie 242, 10160 Inkoo.
The trail is signposted and marked on the path sections with orange markers on trees or rocks. You can follow the trail in either direction. There is no winter upkeep.
The route follows a wide and even “boulevard” along the coast to Brändöskatan, where it dives into the forest and onto exposed rock.
In the forest and on the rocks, the path becomes uneven, and you will ascend the little Långmossaberget hill to admire the open sea view. The climb to Långmossaberget is fairly gentle, and the rock areas are relatively flat. Along the way, you’ll pass the foundations of an old cottage and a sprawling fallen tree. The rock sections can be slippery when wet.
There are two shelters and two campfire sites along the trail, both near Sandfjärden beach. There is a bench roughly halfway between Sandfjärden and Brändöskatan. At Brändöskatan there is a table with benches, and on top of Långmossaberget there is a bench. Sandfjärden has two dry toilets, one of which is accessible.
