Near the Salla Wilderness Park and visitor centre, there is an ongoing construction site throughout the summer, which affects parking at the visitor centre and movement in the area. Access to parking and moving in the area is restricted by construction fences, so please adhere to these and be cautious while moving around the area. There may be a limited number of parking spaces available. The construction site may occasionally also affect the initial sections of the trails departing from the visitor center, including trails towards Ruuhitunturi and Kolmiloukkonen.
