There is one marked hiking trail, Kuoppilas summer hiking trail, in Paistunturi Wilderness Reserve. Parts of the trails to Kevo Strict Nature Reserve also lead through the Wilderness Reserve. Please note that very strict access restrictions apply in the Nature Reserve.

The few campsite structures in this area are mainly found along the marked trails.
