Lake Miekojärvi offers good opportunities for unhurried paddling. Its has numerous inviting beaches and islands of natural beauty for taking breaks, and the outdoor facilities in the area have been designed with water excursions in mind. The area is also suitable for excursions of several days, during which you can stay overnight in lean-to shelters or tents pitched near them.
