Espoonlahti Nature Reserve can be reached by public transport. The local trains E (to Kauklahti) and U (to Kirkkonummi) from Helsinki stop at Kauklahti station, where you get off. From the station, it is about a 2 km walk to the nature reserve.

The starting point of the trail (and parking lot) is Lasilaakso 20. Find public transport routes and timetables to Espoonlahti (hsl.fi).
