A wide gravel-paved trail leads through the forest to Storträsk. The campsite by the lake is an ideal place for having a picnic and admiring the forest views. There are gentle slopes along the trail, which is why an assistant is recommended for wheelchair users. If you would like to extend your hike slightly, you can walk around the lake along duckboards.

Storträsk accessible trail starts from Tasakallio parking area, which has four accessible parking spaces and an information board.

The trail to Lake Storträsk follows a wide roadway which is mainly paved with gravel, making sure that the trail can easily accommodate even a large number of visitors at times.
There are some slopes along the trail, and handrails facilitate wheelchair users in places. The trail has no excessive lateral slope that could make travelling difficult for those who need mobility aids.
Weather conditions and, in particular, runoff waters soften the path and make it challenging for wheelchair users in places.
The trail takes in diverse forests along the way, and at the end there is a view over a small lake with marshy shores.
There is an accessible campsite on Lake Storträsk with picnic tables and a campfire site, an accessible and a standard toilet, and an accessible firewood shed.
You can fish on the shores of Lake Storträsk, taking fishing restrictions into account.
