The Skaidijärvi Trail is a circular route located north of the Kaldoaivi Wilderness Reserve. The starting point of the trail is along Pulmankijärvi Road, near the village of Nuorgam. The trail begins at the gate of a snowmobile track. Along the path, by the shore of Lake Skaidijärvi, there is a Campfire hut and a campfire site. The trail offers stunning views — in good weather, visibility can extend for hundreds of kilometers. The path is suitable for hikers of all ages.

From the Utsjoki–Nuorgam road, ascend 1.7 km to the gate of the snowmobile track.
From the gate, head southwest and walk 2 km through a wetland area equipped with steel duckboards.
From Skaidijärvi, the trail continues northeast for 1.5 km to Isonkivenvaara, where you cross the road leading to Lake Pulmankijärvi.
After crossing the road, descend slightly more northward for 1.3 km to a trail junction, where you turn left (west) back to the starting point.
