The Senatsberget trail leads to the shores of two dark lakes and through a mosaic of different forest landscapes. The trail is named after the rugged and rocky Senatsberget ridge, which has breathtaking views out towards the sea and across the forested heart of Finland’s biggest sea island.

A lean-to shelter, campfire spot and lookout tower are also located on the ridge. Information boards along the trail explain the health and well-being effects of nature.
The ruins of an old blast furnace form the starting point for Dalsbruk village's nature trails. Dalsbruk can be reached by bus from Turku and Salo, as well as by car or bicycle. For those coming with their own boat, there is a pier at Dalsbruk guest harbour.
