Peurajärvi area trails

There are approximately 14 kilometres of marked trails in the Peurajärvi area. Trail markers are orange circles on signposts. See trail descriptions: Iso-Valkeinen circular trail and Mäntyjärvi circular trail. The trails are easy to walk, although the Iso-Valkeinen route includes some climbs over eskers. The easiest starting point is the Iso-Valkeinen information point. The northern boundary of the Peurajärvi recreational area borders Hiidenportti National Park, which can be reached via a connecting trail from the Mäntyjärvi trail.
