You can start the Loppulan kierros Trail at the Loppula parking area by turning to the left from the closed Korpiseläntie road. For a few hundred metres, the trail shares the same route with the Korpilammen kierros Trail, Isokankaan kierros Trail and the Metsänvartijan polku Trail.
After the first section, the Loppulan kierros Trail runs for about 1.9 kilometres in spruce and pine forests along the Sanginjoentie road. This section features a large windblow area caused by a downburst and the Istuinkivi Rock, one of the attractions along the Sanginjoki River.
Soon after Istuinkivi, the Loppulan kierros Trail crosses the Sanginjoentie road. The road can be busy and you should be careful when crossing it.
After crossing the road, the Loppulan kierros Trail continues towards the Sanginjoki River. From the road, the trail continues as a gravelled path for about 0.2 kilometres, after which the trail runs on a forest road along the Sanginjoki River for 500 metres and passes the windblow area again. During rainy days, the road may be wet and have large rainwater puddles.
After the forest road section, the trail continues as a gravelled path, branching from the forest road. The trail runs along the Sanginjoki River for about 0.7 kilometres before reaching the Sadinkoski campsite.
After the campsite, for the last 0.8 kilometres, the trail shares the same path with the Loppula Accessible Activity Trail. This section has several activity points providing information on the nature of the Sanginjoki River and accessible bridge structures across waterways. Just before the Loppula parking area, you need to cross the busy Sanginjoentie road again.
