The Lammassaari Shore Trail offers a pleasant nature walk and beautiful views of Lake Saimaa. Along the trail, there are several resting spots, a hut, and a lean-to shelter.

The total length of the trail is approximately 3,5 km. The shore trail starts at the end of the causeway leading to Lammassaari, from the signs, and goes clockwise around the island, ending at the marina. The trail can also be walked counterclockwise. Along the trail, there is a hut and a lean-to shelter. The lean-to shelter and the nearby toilet are designed to be accessible.
Camping or other overnight stays are not allowed on Lammassaari.
