For half of its route, the Korpilammen kierros Trail shares the same path with the Isokankaan kierros Trail. The trail features duckboards and gravel-hardened sections. The trail mostly runs on a narrow path carved into the terrain. Note that especially in wet weather, the trail may be muddy and slippery in places. Traces of old trails can still be seen, but just follow the trail markings and you won't get lost.
The Korpilammen kierros Trail begins close to the Sanginjoki parking area where you turn to the right from the closed Korpilammentie road. For the first 0.5 km, the trail runs as a narrow path carved into the terrain in a spruce-dominated forest. Especially along Korpioja, there are roots and places that can be slippery after rain.
After Korpioja, the trail continues for about 0.3 km on wooden duckboards, and on a narrow path with protruding roots to a junction, from which you turn to the left. After a short section, the trail crosses a forest road and continues for about 0.3 km to the next junction, from which you turn to the right.
After the junction, the trail continues northwards for about 0.9 km to the Korpilampi campfire site and the viewing platform on the shore of the pond.
From the campsite, the trail continues northwards between the campsite and a firewood storage shed and soon turns to the left. On this section, the trail runs on duckboards. From now on the route is shared with Isokankaankierros Trail.
The length of the Korpilamminsuo duckboard section is 0.4 km and it makes a turn to the southern edge of the Korpilammensuo mire from where the trail continues to the right.
For the next 0.4 km, the trail runs on duckboards in a spruce mire. After this section, the trail continues in a dry pine forest and makes a sharp turn to the right.
The forest section following the bend is about 0.7 kilometres long, after which the trail merges with a forest road. The trail continues on the forest road towards Loppula and after 0.2 kilometres it turns to a gravelled path, which you follow 0,4 km to the Sanginjoki parking area.
