The exhibition Korvaamattomat – Insights into the World’s Keystone Species by non-fiction author Juha Kauppinen and illustrator Janne Toriseva will be on display at the Oulanka Visitor Centre from June 28 to September 27, 2025.

This joint exhibition combines striking illustrations and animations with short yet profound texts to present species considered central to the planet’s ecosystems—so-called keystone species—and their countless fascinating relationships with other organisms. The exhibition is based on the authors’ non-fiction book Korvaamattomat – Stories of the World’s Keystone Species (Siltala).

Korvaamattomat can be viewed at the Oulanka Visitor Centre from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM, in the auditorium and restaurant spaces. Admission is free.
