A section of the snowmobile trail on Lake Inari near Nellim, between Speinniemi and Lusmasaari, is closed starting on 30 March 2026 due to weak ice. Metsähallitus has made a new trail alignment. The new route is marked on the ice with orange sticks to the west side of the original route.
