The wilderness hut is a modest, reconstructed barn from an old forest ranger's residence. Available year-round.

The wilderness hut is an open, shared, and free resting and overnight place for independent hikers. You can stay in the wilderness hut for a night or two without a reservation. Be prepared that there might not be space to sleep in the hut.

Hut equipment:

Sleeping places for two.
Heating with a stove.
Near the shore, there is a spring well. Water should be boiled before use.
No waste management. Take your own waste out of the area.
Bring your own cooking utensils.
Pets are allowed in the hut only with the consent of other users.
