Fishing with a rod or ice fishing is permitted under everyman’s rights. For lure fishing, a fisheries management fee (eraluvat.fi) is required. Anglers must check for local fishing restrictions at kalastusrajoitus.fi.

As part of the Luonto Ystäväksi (Become a Friend of Nature) environmental education project by the Satakunta Nature Conservation District, a series of 7 geocaches has been placed along the Pinkjärvi hiking trail in Eurajoki. These are standard geocaches, but they are designed especially for groups of children on nature outings. The caches include small nature-themed tasks suitable for children.
