Rakitsanojan kammi (Urho Kekkonen National Park) is closed for hiking use every week from Monday untill Thursday

Rakitsanojan kammi open wilderness hut in the Korvatunturi Trail is closed for hiking use every week from Monday until thursday. Hut is open for hikers from Thursday evening until Monday morning every week until 31.7.2025. The duckboards on the trail are being renewed, and the Rakitsanojan kammi hut is at the workers use. The duckboard work is being carried out by the Municipality of Savukoski. In case of emergency, the hut is available for everyone.
