Seinäjoki is easily accessible by train (vr.fi) and long-distance bus (matkahuolto.fi), from where you can continue by local bus (harmanliikenne.fi).

The easiest way to reach Paukaneva is to take bus number 120 B to the centre of Nurmo and continue on foot to the starting point in Isosalo (Eastern parking area).
Alternatively, you can take bus number 11 to Hautala and walk east from the intersection of Heikkiläntie and Vaasantie to the Jokiranta starting point along Highway 18 (Western parking area).
