The Liminka Bay Bird Photography Festival will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025! This year, the event will feature four inspiring photo presentations by experts in the field.

Presentation tickets are 7 euros per person per presentation, and a day pass is 25 euros, available for purchase on-site at the Liminka Bay Visitor Centre. Entry to the event area and the Liminka Bay Visitor Centre is free during the event. The visitor Centre is open from 10 am to 5 pm. The event will be hosted by Kati Jurkko.

• 10.15 am -11 am Erkki ja Matti Alasaarela: Sata tarinaa luonnosta
• 11.15 am -12 am Mia Surakka: Tanssiin kutsu
• 12 pm - 12:15 pm Partners' quarter
• 12.15 pm Lounch
• 13.15 pm -14 pm Erkko Badermann: Hetkiä siivillä – Valoa, voimaa ja herkkyyttä
• 14.15 pm -15 pm Sami Säily: Lempilintuja

The event is organized by Liminganlahden ystävät association and the Municipality of Liminka. The main partner is Fotonordic Oy. Exhibitors include: Fotonordic Oy, Leica, Sigma, Sony, Laowa, and Canon. Also participating are Northern Nature Photographers Association, Aviador Publishing, Metsähallitus, and Kuusamo Nature Photo.
